Dan has 30 years of passionate leadership experience in both small and mid-sized organizations with a specific focus in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Dan was instrumental in both organic and new client growth with an emphasis on direct associate engagement, nurturing and assigning a strong team of experts to each program with a focus of over-delivering for his long-term clients.
Dan has solid front line experience in setting up over 50 successful sales programs for both large and mid-sized CPG firms like Bayer Consumer Care, Hormel, and Colgate Palmolive through his senior leadership positions with former companies West Corporation and TelMark Sales Inc.
